FESTAC – Festival of Street Theatre and Performing Arts is a cultural event dedicated to the presentation and promotion of performing arts in public spaces. Held in Sant Julià de Lòria, the festival showcases a programme focused on street theatre, contemporary circus, and other artistic disciplines connected to urban public space performance.

Founded in 2022, FESTAC was created with the ambition of becoming a leading platform for street arts in the Principality of Andorra and an established part of the region’s cultural calendar.

Street arts are at the heart of the festival’s identity, as reflected in its very name. The programme is centred on performances created specifically for public space and is driven by several key goals:
